Start in a plank position with shoulders, elbows, and wrists all in line (A). Jump both feet out at the same time, like a jumping jack. High knee running. To do this exercise, run in place while lifting your knees as high as possible. Plank jacks. Squat jumps. Stand with your feet hip.  · Knee-to-inside-elbow plank. You know the drill: Start in standard plank position. Slowly bring right knee under and across your body, toward inside of left elbow. Get it as close as you can.  · 7. Knee-to-inside-elbow plank. Once you've mastered the Spiderman plank, kick things up a notch by bringing your left knee underneath and across your body toward the inside of your right elbow. Hold for 10 seconds, then return to starting position. Repeat on the other side, alternating between legs for one to two minutes. 8. Walking plank. Plank Knee to Elbow. Lay face down on the ground with extended legs. Point your toes while you place your hands beneath your shoulders. Push yourself up into the plank position. Maintaining a tight core and flat back, bring your left knee to your right elbow. Pause and slowly return each to the starting point.
